of St. Clement's

The small village of St. Clement's is less than a mile away and is situated on the banks of the estuary to the River Fal in Cornwall, England. It is situated within a nature preserve and within the grounds of the Duchy of Cornwall, land owned by Prince Charles, the Duke of Cornwall. The area is completely secluded and surrounded by farmland but is only a few short miles from the economic center of Cornwall - the City of Truro.

The area is renowned for birds and wildlife and there are numerous country and river walks that emanate directly from the village itself.

The stunning accommodation is light filled and offers FIVE spacious bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms - most with views over rolling countryside or the pool.

Upstairs:
The FIVE bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Tranquil master bedroom with views across the countryside with beautiful ensuite and digital TV.
Large double bedroom with views and en-suite shower,
family suite (2 bedrooms): one double with TV and one twin bedroom with TV that share their own spacious bathroom in private wing. children's bedroom with cute 'Harrods bus' bunk bed and additional single bed with fun, interior designed kids bathroom for it's exclusive use.

Downstairs:
This property oozes grandeur and character from the moment you step in the property with its dominating hand crafted walnut staircase. The lounge has ample comfy seating wtihin this luxurious space that enjoys an open fire and digital TV. The kitchen/dining areas are very light and spacious and filled with sunlight with views to the garden and pool. The childrens lounge has its own, TV, DVD player, consoles and games and a drum set.

South Penarth is available as holiday accommodation for most of the year, and can be booked for periods of 7 days or more subject to availability.
The house will be available from 2.00pm on Friday afternoons and needs to be vacated by 10.30am the following Friday.
