From M5.  At Junction 31, exit onto A30 toward Bodmin/Okehampton for 81 minutes.  At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A39 and follow signs to Truro.

As you enter the first main roundabout at Truro (landmark Shell garage on right and large concrete police station on left), take the first exit left onto St. Clement's Hill.  Drive for 1/2 mile and then turn right down small country lane (not name) signposted 'St. Clements (look for sign to  16th Century church).  Drive for 100 metres following the old cornish wall on your right.  Turn right at end of wall into driveway to 'South Penarth'. House name is on wall.  The drive forks left and right.  Keep right and you will immediately come upon the house with parking for two cars. (more parking in first drive at back of house).

About South Penarth
The stunning accommodation is light filled and offers FIVE spacious bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms - most with views over rolling countryside or the pool.

Upstairs:
The FIVE bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Tranquil master bedroom with views across the countryside with beautiful ensuite and digital TV.
Large double bedroom with views and en-suite shower,
family suite (2 bedrooms): one double with TV and one twin bedroom with TV that share their own spacious bathroom in private wing. children's bedroom with cute 'Harrods bus' bunk bed and additional single bed with fun, interior designed kids bathroom for it's exclusive use.

Downstairs:
This property oozes grandeur and character from the moment you step in the property with its dominating hand crafted walnut staircase. The lounge has ample comfy seating wtihin this luxurious space that enjoys an open fire and digital TV. The kitchen/dining areas are very light and spacious and filled with sunlight with views to the garden and pool. The childrens lounge has its own, TV, DVD player, consoles and games and a drum set.

South Penarth is available as holiday accommodation for most of the year, and can be booked for periods of 7 days or more subject to availability.
The house will be available from 2.00pm on Friday afternoons and needs to be vacated by 10.30am the following Friday.
Regret no pets or smoking in property.
